I understand that SayItBySong.com has no control of a song text's deliverability when it has something to do with the receipient's or sender's specific mobile phone, carrier settings or capabilities, and therefore I am not entitled to a refund if my song text fails delivery for any reason having to do with these conditions. 4. I understand that SayItBySong.com is not liable for any misuse of this service, and if I misuse this service, or violate these terms, I may be permently banned from any further use without refund. 5. I will not use any other username and password other than my own when logging in to use this service. 6 I will be considerate when texting song texts, and agree to not text excessively if it becomes offensive or annoying to the recipient. 7. I understand and agree to subscribe to SayItBySong.com on a recurring basis, and my card will be charged .99 cents every 30 days. For this fee, I get unlimited texting of any song onsite, plus 2 free customized song requests per month. 8. No refunds will be issued to any subscriber, however I understand that I can cancel at anytime. 9. You agree that you are at least 18 years or older. 10. Due to human error, there are RARE cases when a song message will be linked to an incorrect keyword, causing the wrong song message to be sent than the one intended. When you send a song text, and if this occurs, you agree to hold SayItBySong.com harmless for this error.
